Terms of use
Last updated: 19 October 2026
- ApniShift connects workers and businesses; it is not the employer.
- Businesses must never ask workers for money.
- Pay is agreed and paid directly between you.
- Fake posts and misuse of numbers get accounts blocked.
1. What ApniShift is
ApniShift is a listing and matching platform. We help workers and businesses find each other. We are not the employer of any worker, do not set wages, and do not pay or collect wages. Any work arrangement is directly between the business and the worker.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older and use your own mobile number.
- One mobile number is one account. Information you give must be true.
- Keep your sign-in codes private. We will never ask for them on a call.
3. Rules for businesses
- Never ask a worker for money — no registration, joining, training, uniform or security fee. Posts that do are removed and the account may be blocked.
- Post real, currently open requirements with honest pay, dates and location.
- Pay workers what was agreed, on time, and follow applicable labour laws, including minimum wages and safe working conditions.
- Use worker contact details only to offer work. Do not share, sell or spam them.
4. Rules for workers
- Apply only for work you intend to do, and tell the business early if you cannot come.
- Do not share another person's details or create fake profiles.
5. Content and moderation
We may review, hide or remove posts, profiles or accounts that break these terms, look fraudulent, or are reported by users. Phone numbers typed into job descriptions are hidden automatically.
6. Fees
ApniShift is free for workers, always. Some features for businesses may be paid in future; any charge will be shown clearly and agreed before it applies.
7. Liability
We work to keep the platform safe but cannot guarantee the conduct of users, the outcome of any job, or that every profile or post is accurate. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the previous three months.
8. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction. Write to support@talentrally.ai first — most problems are solved faster that way.
